Your limit is 800 calories love…?? That is not even CLOSE to enough. Please go have a nice large, meal and remember that eating so little is harmful. I’m not trying to frighten you, but let me share a few things.
I have been there, eating a measly 1,000 calories and trying to exercise it all away. It’s misery and not worth it, not even for a second. You will never be happy regardless of how thin you are. You’ll fixate on everything that’s wrong with you. Your hair will thin. Your nails will get brittle. You’ll be constantly cold. You’ll cry when your mom makes you a delicious meal instead of hugging her and savoring every bite. You will worry more about food and calories and weight than living your life. Oh and guess what else happens? You can have a slew of health problems that can eventually result in death.
Eat babe. It’s worth it. Choose life and health and happiness and cookies with your best friend and memories. Choose self-acceptance. Your body is amazing. It allows you to pursue your dreams, challenge yourself, grow, smile, dance about in your underwear, do yoga, lift heavy things, jump high, run….your body is amazing. EAT to nourish that incredible body. Please seek help if you need it babe, you are worth it. xxxx
